What documents do I need to rent a car?
You need a valid driver's license and a passport or ID card if you are a citizen of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
Is there a mileage limit?
Vehicles are not limited by mileage.
Can I travel to other countries with the rented vehicle?
Crossing the border of Bosnia and Herzegovina is possible with an additional fee. The price depends on the country you plan to travel to.
Can I change or cancel my reservation after it has been confirmed?
To change your reservation, please contact us.
There is a possibility that the price may increase depending on the new rental dates.
Where can I pick up the vehicle?
By arrangement, we deliver vehicles to your desired location in Sarajevo.
For vehicle pickup in other cities, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance (an additional fee applies).
How old do you have to be to rent a vehicle?
To rent a vehicle, you must be at least 21 years old and have held a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 2 years.
What should I do in case of a traffic accident?
You must immediately inform the agency and the police. Otherwise, you will be responsible for all damage-related costs.
What if I’m late returning the vehicle?
If you are late returning the vehicle, you must immediately inform our agency.
Can other drivers operate the vehicle?
Yes, but additional drivers must be listed in the rental agreement and must provide their driver’s license.
